The Nefertiti Lift for Frown Lines

Advanced techniques for botox injections have led to a newer procedure called the “Nefertiti Lift”. Having learned this procedure at an advance course in Vancouver BC, I have completed it on over 50 patients with pleasing results. The result is subtle and doesn’t seem to affect speech or straw use like the traditional “lip flip”. The muscles that pull down the sides of the mouth as well as the muscles just under the jawline are relaxed leaving a more defined jawline and a decrease in the appearance of the frown lines or “marionette” lines. Most of the patients have been pleased with the results and are happy that it is an affordable way to address lower face sagging without resorting to threads or filler. So far, most of the patients getting this procedure have reported about 3 months of benefit from the injections.

Note, that this is an advanced procedure and precise injection of the botox is required to give the best results without asymmetry.
